Service Appointment Terms & Conditions
Booking Deposit
A security deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit reserves your scheduled service time and will be applied toward the final service total.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment date and time will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will forfeit the deposit, as this time was reserved specifically for your service and may prevent other customers from booking.
Rescheduling Policy
Customers may reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time without losing their deposit. The deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date.
Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment may result in the loss of the deposit.
No-Show Policy (for shop appointment only )
Customers who fail to appear for their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit.
Late Arrival (for shop appointment only)
If costumer is late, Costumers have 15 minutes grace period after the schedule appointment time. If the customer does not arrive or is not available within 15 minutes, the appointment will be considered missed, and the deposit will be non-refundable.
Service Conditions
Final service pricing may vary depending on the condition, size, or level of cleaning required. Additional charges will be discussed with the customer before proceeding.
Weather Policy (car detailing & power washing Services)
Power washing services such as car detailing or house washing may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions. Deposits will transfer to the rescheduled appointment.
Agreement
By booking an appointment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
